1. Overview
These terms govern your use of Netconekt and any purchase made through our platform. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Contact us at davidmosoti92@gmail.com with any questions.
2. Products
All products are genuine, sourced from authorised distributors in the UK and United States. Product descriptions and specifications are provided in good faith. Images are representative and may differ slightly from the physical product.
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and charged in Kenyan Shillings (KES) at checkout using the prevailing exchange rate at time of payment (approximately 1 USD = 130 KES). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.
4. Shipping
- A flat shipping fee of $40 USD applies to all orders
- Orders are shipped from the UK or US and delivered to Kenya within 3–4 business days
- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Paystack. By completing payment you authorise the charge to your account. All transactions are final once payment is confirmed.
6. Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or is significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days of delivery at davidmosoti92@gmail.com with photos. We will assess each case individually. Refunds are issued at our discretion and processed within 14 business days.
7. Warranty
Products carry a 2-year manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims must be raised with the manufacturer directly. We can assist in facilitating warranty claims on request.
8. Limitation of Liability
Netconekt's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our products or services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which through the appropriate Kenyan courts.
